Once the information is submitted we will process the Service Request Form and contact you with a reference number and to review options and shipping details.

Please note that $150 minimum charge will apply to all non-warranty service orders.

When packing up your unit, please,  do not include any accessories (i.e. power cord, remote, tip-toes, coasters, etc.) unless requested to do so. Please put the reference number in a visible place on top of the box so that we can easily identify the unit on arrival.
